Job Summary:

  • Our client, a growing global health care company that manufactures pharmaceuticals and medical devices, is looking to hire Export – Manager.
  • The right candidate shall have around 10 years of proven experience in export sales of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices to Africa, Latin America, South East Asia, Asia Pacific, Far East, CIS/East Europe, and Middle East Countries.
  • Must be in a position to appoint Marketing Agents for Sales, Distribution, Tender Participation and who can manage the registration process for regulated markets and commence a business for non-regulated markets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the export process, ensure compliance with India and foreign government regulations & ensure smooth communication with export authorities for required countries. Administer export of goods, ensure compliance to organizational policies & procedures; monitor financial, currency process and transactions.
  • To serve as an intermediary between Export clients and Company & manage sales and promotions with existing clients and business development with new potential clients in identified Regions/Countries.
  • To implement all export strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements and prepare all export documents within the required time frame and schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation method in assistance with customers.
  • Prepare action plans for an effective search for international sales leads and prospects. Identify overseas leads relevant from the similar industry/products & territory & convert potential leads into clients.
  • Develop and implement new initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key geographical areas across the globe as well as handle Business Proposal Preparation, Pricing, Offers and Business Information related to Exports.
  • Supervise efficient working of sales staff and ensure compliance to export objectives and design sales strategies according to customer requirements and coordinate with management to prepare a budget for export projects.
  • Monitor sales transactions and review customer response for orders and payments and resolve customer issues for processes and manage sales shipments of export products and co-ordinate with suppliers to ensure the smooth functioning of the export process.

Job Specifications:

  • Education: Business Management Degree.
  • Experience: 10 years’ experience in export department in Pharmaceutical.
  • Salary: Not a limiting factor for Experienced and Result-Oriented candidates.
  • Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, INDIA.
