Job Summary:

  • Our client, a growing global health care company that manufactures pharmaceuticals and medical devices, is looking to hire HR / Admin / Legal Compliance – Manager.
  • The right candidate shall 7 to 10 years’ experience in preparing HR Policies, Work Systems, Work Culture, Recruit and Appoint Candidates for various positions, prepare their Job Descriptions and monitor their performance to deliver results.
  • Must be able to administer the various factories, offices and field staff and also handle legal and administrative matters with Governments, Courts, Clients, Attorneys, Resolving conflicts with employees and so forth.

Job Responsibilities:

Administration -

  1. Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies.
  2. Administer factory, office and field staff.
  3. Attendance and Leave Management. (Manage soft copy and hard copy)
  4. Cross verification of Expenses with Sales Person.
  5. Develop Various Forms.
  6. Maintain PF, ESIC and gratuity process.
  7. Maintain the salary process (payroll).
  8. Maintain entire documentation process of employees.
  9. Maintain All HR files (Salary Slip, CV, Resign, PF, ESIC, Employee Doc, leave application, etc.)
  10. Maintain MIS for staff and all data (CV, Portal, PF, ESIC, etc.)
  11. Maintain Office premises and Company properties.
  12. Uniform Stock & Maintenance.

Hiring & Recruitment -

  1. Responsible for Manpower Planning.
  2. Providing guidance and interpretation for business operations.
  3. Responsible for recruiting new staff at a different level as per the company’s requirement by preparing job descriptions, screening and shortlisting, to arranging interviews to appointing new staff till joining.
  4. Responsible for conducting Induction program, Provide Offer letter & Appointment letter.
  5. Taking care of basics needed by fresh joiners their ids, ensuring sim card, etc.
  6. Ensuring work ethics and discipline in factory, office and in the field.
  7. Employee grievance handling, providing solutions to concerns and issues with a high level of empathy.
  8. Drafting of Show Cause Notice, Warning and Termination letters.
  9. Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination, full & final settlement, experience and relieving letter.
  10. Daily mail analysis and prepare data of CV of All levels.
  11. All other HR / Admin duties.

Legal Compliance -

  1. Required Details for legal compliances.
  2. Ensure legal compliance of HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required.

Other Specifications -

  1. Education: Bachelor Degree + MBA – Human Resource.
  2. Experience: 5 – 10 years’ exp. as HR / Admin Manager preferably in Pharma.
  3. Salary: Not a limiting factor for Experienced and Result-Oriented candidates.
  4. Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, INDIA.
