Job Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition –

  • Responsible for readiness of candidate Pipeline.
  • Creating multiple channels of recruitment.
  • Acquiring the right talent within specified timelines.
  • Manage the SOP of Recruitment.
  • Ensuring new hire integration as per SOPs in order to enhance employee experience during the early days.
  • Ensuring actions on feedback from employees during new hire integration and continuous strengthening of the orientation program.

Performance Management –

  • Ensuring KRA's setting at department level.
  • Ensuring compliance against Mid-Year Performance assessment.
  • Ensuring execution of annual PMS cycle completion.

Required Exp & Skills:

  • 2 years’ experience as a Human Resource (HR).
  • Candidate must have worked with the medium-sized organization.
  • Candidate must have experience in HR Operation.
  • Experience in HR Operation, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition
  • Female Mandatory.
  • Fluent English.

  • Education: Post-Graduation M.B.A. / P.G.D.M. in HR / Industrial Relations Mandatory.
  • Salary: ₹4,20,000 to ₹4,80,000 / Annum.
  • Location: Pune, Maharashtra.
