Job Summary:

  • Our client, a growing global health care company that manufactures pharmaceuticals and medical devices, is looking to hire an Operations Manager.
  • This position is responsible for monitoring the production at the various factories on a daily basis right from receipt of Sales Orders to Production Planning, ensuring availability of all materials at the site.
  • This position is also responsible to ensure timely delivery of goods to all customers with proper billing until receipt of the goods by customer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The right candidate for this job role should be quality & deadline focused with the ability to manage a team to deliver the stiff production targets as agreed with principals.
  • Candidate should have planning capabilities with a trouble-shooting approach to ensure that time commitments are always adhered to.
  • Assessing the client requirements; Planning for the resources; Planning & organizing production schedules.
  • Interacting with principals for production schedule, raw material receipts & finished good dispatches.
  • Liaising with local authorities, FDA, and other Licensing authorities to ensure that the plant & production is compliant with necessary regulations for the products being processed.
  • Ensuring Health, Safety & other production regulations are met with determining & ensuring the quality standards.
  • Overseeing the production processes; Organizing the repair & routine maintenance of production & testing equipment.
  • Handle the technical team at the factories. Supervising the staff & organizing relevant training sessions for them.
  • Should be conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.

Job Specifications:

  • Experience: 5 - 8 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry.
  • Salary: Not a limiting factor for Experienced and Result-Oriented candidates.
  • Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, INDIA.
