Job Summary:

  • Experienced in Business Development and Sales of Outdoor Advertising Solutions Like – Hoardings, Wall Wrap, Wall Painting, Space Selling, Commute & Transport Vehicle Branding, etc.
  • Preparation & Execution of Marketing Activities.
  • Experienced in Presentation, Demonstration and Negotiation.
  • Handling Projects and Handling Vendors is a plus.
  • Identifying the client’s requirements and offering the best-suited solution to clients.
  • Commercial negotiation with customers, closing the order and, understanding the customer’s future requirement.
  • Travelling within the assigned territory for Business Development and Lead Generation.
  • Generating new leads through different sources and network.
  • Complete handling of New/ On-going and After Sales Services.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with the internal team.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly Targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company and self-generated leads acquired through various sources.
  • Reaching out to new customers and existing; explaining them the benefits of outdoor media and advertisement.
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members to achieve better results with respect pre-sales offers and post sales services.
  • Negotiating contracts, terms and packages.
  • Achieving sales goals by acquiring new and existing clients.
  • Creating a database of existing and new clients.
  • Generating new leads for the company.
  • Should have good communication & convincing skills.

Required Exp & Skills:

  • Sales experience in Advertisement Industry.
  • Communication Skills and Convincing Skills.
  • Should be capable of communicating in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati.
  • Eagerness for Business Development and Sales
  • MS Office, other Computer Skills.
  • Positive Attitude and Confidence.
