Job Summary:

  • To make client acquisition presentations in different settings.
  • To keep abreast with the latest offerings in the market.
  • To close deals and achieve targets assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition and managing relationships with new HNI clients.
  • Responsible for the end to end lead management, sales and business development for the region.
  • Achieving sales targets in a result-focused environment.
  • Preparing pre-sales proposals for prospective clients.
  • Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities.
  • Required to be constantly updated with the real estate market, gather market intelligence and develop plans accordingly.
  • Self-Starter.

Required Exp & Skills:

  • MBA with a work experience of minimum 2 years in Real Estate is preferred.
  • Desirable to have HNI luxury sales experience.
  • Willingness to travel to areas such as Lonavala, Alibaug, etc.
  • Able to procure data from the market for customer acquisition.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Real estate: 2 years (Preferred).
  • Sales: 2 years (Required).
