ROLE: Social Media Marketing Executive / SMM Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set campaign strategy (viz. selection of platforms such as FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Set objectives (E.g. Likes, Reach, Engagement, Leads, and Sales).
  • Plan media spending strategy.
  • Plan Media Mix.
  • Plan Content Strategy.
  • Conduct measurement and analysis of campaigns.
  • Create relevant content to reach the company’s ideal customers.
  • Create, and manage all published content (images, video and written) in coordination with a content writer and graphic designer.
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Develop and expand community and outreach efforts.
  • Oversee design (i.e.: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
  • Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
  • Compile report for management showing results (ROI).
  • Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
  • Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the business. Report notable threats to appropriate management.
  • Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.
  • Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns.
  • Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

Required Exp & Skills:

  • Excellent communication, English writing, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the online marketing field.
  • Proficiency in Ms. Word, Ms. Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Service.
  • Should be able to work under pressure whilst adhering to timelines.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research.
  • Highly knowledgeable in the principles of "Search and Social".
