Job Summary:

  • Technical Support Executive will be responsible for digital payment solutions.
  • Digital signage and content management system while supporting vending machine technicians and operators across India.
  • Minimize payment systems downtime.
  • Monitor and proactively resolve issues, generate reports using cloud and server assets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enabling Digital Payments on Vending Machines such as PayTM, PhonePe, Zeta, Amazon Pay, Sodexo, BharatQR, RFID cards, Credit and Debit Cards.
  • Setup and configure vending machines on the cloud.
  • Test, Install and Configure Point of Sale terminals over cloud and on-site.
  • Upgrade the firmware on PoS and vending machine controllers.
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot static payment options.
  • Installation and Troubleshooting of Point-of-Sale POS systems.
  • Telephonic and Online support to technicians and operators.
  • Bug testing Payment App on Android and Linux.
  • IoT device optimization to improve transaction success ratio.
  • Identifying, troubleshooting and solving mobile connectivity related issues.
  • Prepaid RFID card management.
  • Telemetry device management and upgrade.
  • Respond to customer complaints and deliver a high level of service.
  • Escalate to resolve issues when necessary and learn to resolve on your own.
  • Powering Digital Signage.
  • Content creation for digital signage.
  • Content management on the cloud for digital signage screens across India.
  • Monitor digital signage system; ensure offline installations are completed and active within specified schedules.
  • Facilitating Management Information Systems.
  • Check PayTM sales report, analyze and proactively resolve issues.
  • Plan, organize and coordinate resources for payment systems installation.
  • Inventory Control and forecasting, organize spares to minimize downtime.
  • Educate customer admin on the basic operation to minimize avoidable calls.
  • Collect, maintain and update accurate and complete customer information.
  • Generate transfer invoice, ensure waybill and Invoice submission.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Emergency IT support such as user administration of firewall and server, networking and software support.
  • Update Planogram as per Buying and Merchandizing unit.
  • Support online card recharge.
  • Support vending machine panel configuration.
  • Train colleagues, technician, and field team to resolve issues.
  • 2-year experience as per Job Description (Preferred).

  • Salary: ₹3,00,000 to ₹4,60,000 / Annum.
